2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The Service is a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) chatbot driven by proprietary MisticusMind AI Deep learning capabilities - that provides information and generates humanized Q & A responses, including JSON output, based on available data sources.

3. NO WARRANTY OF ACCURACY

3.1

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

3.2

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any responses generated by the Service. The Service uses machine learning technology that has inherent limitations.

3.3

You acknowledge that:

• Responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information
• JSON outputs may not always conform to expected schemas
• The Service may occasionally generate inaccurate, misleading, or irrelevant information

3.4

You should independently verify any important information provided by the Service before relying on it.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Upload sensitive personal information (e.g., health information, financial account details)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Verifying the accuracy of the Service's outputs before use

You are responsible for your own data, MisticusMind is not responsible for your uploaded data, Q&A. MisticusMind Holds the rights to delete your data or discontinue this service with or without notice.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US Georgia State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
